  • Arm Care

    Choose to focus on arm care for part of or for your entire lesson given your specific needs.

    • Perfect for recovery after an arm injury or game of pitching, throwing in the infield or outfield, or throwing on the football field

    • Our instructors have many years of experience including pitching professionally and have perfected arm care exercises and workouts that increase arm strength and reduce injury risk.

  • Speed, Strength, & Agility- Explosiveness Training

    Book a half or entire lesson dedicated to getting your child more explosive (i.e. half speed and agility; half baseball).

    • Focuses on Speed, Power & Agility drills and exercises which are designed specifically to increase the explosiveness and overall athleticism of youth athletes.

    • Complete an intense workout specifically created to increase youth speed, power and explosiveness and to get youth athletes more “athletic”.

    • Run through speed and agility drills to help improve your performance
