Dan McMaster specializes in instructing youth baseball players on all aspects of baseball including hitting, pitching and fielding.  Dan is currently the Head Coach of Cherry Hill West Varsity Baseball Team and has been the Head Coach of the team for the last 15 years. Prior to being named the Head Coach of Cherry Hill West in 2010, Dan was an Assistant Coach at Cherry Hill East High School from 2004-2009 and the Head Coach of Walsingham Academy in Virginia from 2000-2003.

In addition to his stellar coaching resume, Dan also played baseball in college at the College of William & Mary and is an Associate Scout for the Philadelphia Phillies. Dan grew up in Pitman, NJ where he was the schools' all-time hits leader and recognized as an All-State 3rd basemen.  He was also a starting member of the schools back to back state championship basketball teams, earning state championship game MVP his senior year.

More than 70 student-athletes have played baseball at the collegiate level after playing baseball under the direction of Coach Dan McMaster including, most recently, players who have gone on to play at Alabama, South Carolina, Delaware, Lehigh, Fordham, Seton Hall, Memphis, Dayton, Rider, Villanova, FDU, West Chester, Bloomsburg,  Rowan, TCNJ, among others.  

Dan also previously worked for Joe Barth at the "Hit Doctor" in South Jersey, training and instructing youth baseball players in all areas of hitting. He has also served as an instructor at local little clinics, as well as, college clinics over the past two decades.
